Hey there! My name is Katie. I am a San Francisco native and fresh New York City transplant, ready to take on this new city.

I recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a Minor in Business Administration, and a certificate in Innovation, Creativity, & Entrepreneurship. My involvement in the SELL Fellowship Program and the Longhorn Startup Seminar helped foster my passionate entrepreneurial spirit, as well as build an extensive professional network of mentors, founders, investors, and friends within the start-up community.

While living in San Francisco and Austin, two hotbeds of innovation, I also had the fortunate opportunity to work with seed start-ups in a range of industries—retail, fintech, transportation, and social media—and shape each company’s marketing strategy and media presence. 

I am passionate about entrepreneurship and reversing climate change through shifts in consumption habits. At UT, I created my own start-up, Live Plantiful, a health and wellness platform designed to streamline an environmentally-conscious lifestyle.
